WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will typically ship within 5-7 business days. 

  

WHAT DOES "AWAITING FULFILLMENT MEAN"

This means we are working hard to get your order together and ready to ship out. Once we get your order shipped, the status will change to "SHIPPED", and you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information. 

 

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

Currently, we use USPS and Fedex Ground.

 

HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

Once your order is marked as shipped in our system, you will receive an automated e-mail with detailed tracking information. Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us for tracking information. 

 

 WILL YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO?

Yes, we will! Simply enter your APO/FPO address and we will get it shipped to you! Remember to put APO as the city, and AE as the state. Country should remain as US, regardless of the physical location. 

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE SHIPPED?

This depends on several factors.  We will ALWAYS ship your order in the best manner possible to ensure quick delivery. Typically, orders are received within 2-6 days. Depending on weight/size, we can ship some orders via USPS Priority Mail which is 2-3 days for delivery. We ship USPS Priority whenever possible.
