Can I get a discount if I order several?
Yes you can! For orders of 6+, just reach out to us for better pricing!
Why is there a $10 artwork fee?
The file that you submit to us, has to be professionally converted into a special file that our embroidery equipment needs in order to be able to embroider your design. We use a third party service for this. Once a design is professionally digitized, we keep it on file for future use so you will never need to pay the artwork fee again. If you have already paid to have a particular image digitized, and are wanting to use it for a new order, just reach out to us (support@11bstitch.com) and we will set the order up for you. Orders with a qty of 6+ will have the artwork fee waived.
How long will it take to make my item?
In most cases, custom items take 4-8 business days for us to produce. Once your item is finished, it will be promptly shipped via USPS or FedEx depending on package weight, contents, size, destination, etc.
Will I get a proof of my item before it is made?
We will always use our best judgement when starting production on custom orders. IF you require a proof, please note that in the order notes section of your order and we will provide you with a digital rendering of what the embroidery will look like. Keep in mind, actual thread colors will be more life-like and may not look exactly as they appear on a computer screen. We use several different thread colors on our machines but if we can't match your colors 100%, we will reach out to you for approval before embroidering your order.
Can I return or exchange my custom item?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on custom made items due to the nature of the product. Once it is made, it is uniquely made for you only, and renders that item useless for us or anyone else. If there is a problem/defect with your item please let us know immediately so we can work on a resolution for you.
What size will my embroidered design be?
The size of your embroidery will depend on your design. Tall designs will have a max height of 2.75". Wide images will be shorter in height, but wider - approx 3.5". Our maximum height for embroidery is between 2.5 - 2.75". The width will be proportionate to the height. If you have concerns, just reach out to us prior to ordering.
I want to add more embroidery to my item, how can I do that?
Simple, just reach out to us if you are trying to have something custom made with additional embroidery locations. Additional fees will apply.
With embroidery, super fine detail can be somewhat limited. You can always ask for a proof and we will be happy to show it to you before doing any work.
